The Sake House started as a shared dream between two seasoned veterans of Asian cuisine. The purpose of our restaurant is to bring the freshest ingredients and the freshest styles together in a single experience. Our atmosphere has been described as trendy, upscale, and intimate while maintaining a modestly priced menu.
Our fusion style melds the various ingredients and flavors from many different cultures from all across Asia. Serving up light Sushi and Sashimi in a classic format is the approach of choice for many of our patrons. We do also offer some more adventurous choices that showcases what restaurant-goers of Chinatown and American-Japanese communities have enjoyed for years. Many of our regulars will also recommend our fresh noodle dishes, Hibachi-style grilled steaks, chicken, and seafood, as well as cooked specialty rolls.
